We are so excited to announce the reopening of our store on Saturday, May 2! Is business not as usual. 

 

 

NEW POLICY & PROCEDURES

Our priority is to keep you and our staff safe while also giving you the most amazing and memorable dress shopping experience you deserve! To do so, we are taking the following precautions:

 

APPOINTMENT ONLY

To help us provide a safe and enjoyable experience, our store is open by appointment only. No walk ins will be allowed.

appointments please call when you are outside and our consultan will greet you through the white or pink door with hand sanitizer.

 

 

GUEST LIMIT

To help us ensure the safety of our guests and employees, we will limit the number of guests you are allowed to bring to your appointment.    

*Bridal Appointments: Brides will be allowed a total of two (2) guests to your appointment. Bride + Guest = 3.   Please ensure your guests are able to assist you with trying on your gown(s) in the fitting room. We welcome you to video call everyone else!

 *Alterations Appointments: Due to the close contact nature of alterations. NO guest are allowed.  If any guest wan to be part of this appointment, a window appointment can be arrange, or a open door view (one person).

 

 

WINDOW APPOINTMENTS 

We are so bless to offer the option of window appointments.  If you would like more people at your appointment than your two guest, We can set your party for a outdoor view with shade and music.

 

 

SAFETY FIRST

Everyone in the store – staff, brides and guests – will be required to wear a mask. We have masks available (to match your dress, of course!) if needed. Brides or guests that choose not to wear a mask will not be allowed in the store and will be asked to reschedule.

Alterations open door view are required to wear mask as well if they step out of the car.

We will stagger our appointment times to abide by social distance recommendations and will allow 30 minutes between appointments to clean and sanitize fitting rooms, sitting areas and our entrance.

 

 

At this time, we will not be serving champagne and will not allow any outside food or beverage in the building.

 

 

TOUCHLESS PAYMENT

We highly recommend the use of credit card for payment of your gown to ensure we are able to process your payment through our touchless system.

 

 

CURBSIDE DRESS PICK-UP

We want you to look and feel beautiful on your wedding day. To keep you and ourselves safe we are offering a curbside pickup option.

  1. Set up your pick up appointment. Call us at (731)256-0058, PM, text us at (731)506-1180, email us at rinasbridal.tn@gmail.com so we can set your dress pick up.
    2. Follow the instructions on our email or text to be able to sign and pay online on our bridal portal.
    3. We will airdrop or email you your wedding gown instructional video. From simple tips to a virtual bustle class.
    4. Call us from your car when you are outside.
    5. We bring your dress out for you.
